Spectrum Plastics Group - Connecticut Facility

Spectrum Plastics Group - Connecticut Facility is located in a 66,000 square foot building on 14 acres in Ansonia, CT. The building houses one1,500 sq. ft. class 100,000 Clean Room and 3,500 sq. ft. White Room This facility focuses on tight-tolerance, precision injection molding that handles challenging applications from R&D to high-volume production for its customers.

Our Connecticut Facility prides its self on its engineering abilities and attracts skilled engineers, whose reputation for design and support is respected throughout the industry. Our engineers have the ability to take a project from concept to reality, the expertise to refine it as required, and the dedication to make sure it complies with our customers' specification.

Our work stations run SolidWorks 2007 and 2008 3D, and CadKey 2D software, and our engineering staff works in close collaboration with our tooling and production personnel throughout the tooling process. Schedules remain problem free, and delivery dates are met as promised.

Our in-house 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art tool room provides quick turn around on projects and immediate attention to our production needs. Combining Master Cam X2 with Bostomatic® and Fadal® three-axis precision machining centers, designed for high-speed machining of graphite and metal, get the tough jobs done on time.
